She was a bit unpredictable, (she had serious mental health issues) and prone to what I guess you could call mood swings. My friend and I were watching TV at his house when Grandma busts into the living room armed with a baseball bat, swearing and yelling at me. I was confused and scared as poo poo (I was around 13) so I ran to the nearest door, the linen closet. I could hear my friend laughing his rear end off as Grandma screamed at me to come out. She kinda tuckered out after a bit and sat down but I refused to come out. My friend finally had her go do something else, I forget what, and he explained to me later that she was pretty much harmless. My rear end. That's not very OSHA though, so here's some content maybe. I'm a mail carrier near the Twin Cities, and we had a safety talk this morning. Apparently, there's some 18 year old idiot running around north St. Paul trying to pick fights with mail carriers. This is his gimmick to get YouTube famous. We were told not to engage or otherwise interact with him, and that technically he's allowed to record us. There wasn't much in the way of details about what exactly he's doing though. So anyway, keep your eyes peeled for the next youtube sensation, and maybe I'll be on there, probably losing my job.

Indiana has some of the most lax gun laws in the entire country. If anything I'm surprised they only used airsoft guns. e. quote:Two elementary school teachers in Monticello, Ind., told The Indianapolis Star that law enforcement officers sprayed classroom instructors with plastic pellets after telling them to kneel down against a wall. The newspaper noted that teachers were not warned about this exercise and that it left them with bruises and abrasions. gently caress COPS Sydin fucked around with this message at 19:40 on Mar 21, 2019 |

Much as I am loath to come to the mock teacher-shooters defense here, I think everybody is taking some serious liberties with the definition of "mock executions". Mock executions, in the context of warfare / torture interrogations, would involve, say, stringing someone up with a break-away noose or loading a firing squad with blanks to inflict terror on victims, as they truly believe they are about to die. These are people in a training situation, well appraised of the fact that the training weapons are non-lethal, and signed off on their use of them. The fact that they are pissed off that they were used on them at point-blank range, and it stung like the dickens, probably doesn't constitute a war crime.
