I wonder how many people have gotten tats for the podcasts they're on. It can't be that many, but given how everyone and their dog has one these days it has to be more than you'd think.

How do they always end up going with awful tattoo artists? Those are p. bad.

Perhaps the tattoo artist scene isn't too great in Huntington, WV.

edit: this is more just about people's attitudes about getting lovely impulsive tattoos than the state of West Virginia, really.

And that semantic satiaton is an example of Jamais vus

Semantic satiation, not situation. It’s a specific term for what you’re describing, although Wikipedia implies that jamais vu means something similar so I learned something new today.

Both of them are valid and accepted terms describing that phenomenon :v:

Travis's "My wife? My wife!" at the end of the episode is good, perfectly framed around Griffin's disappointment.

Travis doing some heavy lifting in the Detroit episode. You can really tell Justin is out of his element. Kinda funny, considering the whole thing is on him.

the star wars part was pretty good, then the star trek joke at the beginning of the second half is great. then they hit the audience questions and the audio quality, which was already not stellar, falls apart. overall, a fun episode

Scott Adams's inspiration for the product was that "diet is the number one cause of health-related problems in the world. I figured I could put a dent in that problem and make some money at the same time." His aim was to create a healthy food product that also had mass appeal, a concept he called "the blue jeans of food".[3]

Also Justin is posting old pictures and pre-beard Travis is weird.

It's really funny because it's such a stark scale between the three. Travis went from a deeply awkward looking kid to a normal rear end dude, Griffin just went from a normal kid to a normal dude, and Justin just went from Small Justin to Big Justin like one of those dino sponges
