I've been looking at Soul Blazer Randomizer races recently and they're pretty neat. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0zI5KNcCuWQ I don't know how entertaining it is for people who aren't familiar with vanilla Soul Blazer but I think that there are a lot of interesting route choices that have to be made based on who you end up resurrecting, where/when you get new equipment and the ultimate race towards finding all of the required endgame items.

The C&C Red Alert 3 co-op run should be cool. Raelcun did a run of Starcraft 2's campaign a few years back and CoverMuffin has been doing Warcraft 3 runs for the past few GDQs. Speaking of co-op, the LttP + Super Metroid Combo Randomizer co-op run should be pretty cool. The runners, Andy and Ivan, won a co-op tournament this past winter so this run should be a really good showcase.

The Oats and Andy run was them handing off the controller whenever the game switched (Andy played LttP and Oats played SM). Andy and Ivan should be playing the same seed at the same time and telling each other where they find stuff (essentially a race setup but for co-op).

NG+7, the highest difficulty the game reaches after beating the game multiple times, is also a thing. There Sekiro is maxed out in attack power and fully upgraded, so it plays differently.
