Binary sex might be, but variation doesn't make the scientific concept of how biological sex and DNA relate simply cease to exist. "Social construct" is a perfect way to describe gender but I'm not sure it's a great way to describe something with a scientific basis and natural variance. just found this e-mail in my spam inbox. all the links are legit yahoo domains, complete with digicert certificate. even if they wanted to, they could not possibly make it look more like spam. it even says "dear yahoo mail user" which is a big red flag i don't even remember signing up for yahoo mail. great job yahoo
