 Bearing in mind that I didn't see this live and it's a pretty grainy replay... I can see why this was given. Rose goes to slide down to block the shot and raises his arm above his head (as you can see in the imagine). You can argue it's part of the natural movement of sliding down but... I wouldn't be too upset if that went against Liverpool.
