also for a while if you had one of the pinnacle weapons available for pick up, but hand't yet, you could pick up infinite of them (and then dismantle for hundreds of cores), so now they've disabled pinnacle weapon claiming also there seems to be a glitch with the 'combination blow' perk on arc hunter, it works with the super allowing for absurd damage

That would explain why it half-works with games that haven't been updated to expect it and why they weren't entirely able to eliminate data loss in some of them. This is going to be used as an example of what not to do in database 101 classes forever.
