This is going to shine against decks where ee is good on 1 and 2. Ultimately a lands based deck with room for 1 or two of these in the 75. Eldrazi tron generally runs big mana and can use the colorless.

It's definitely extremely powerful, and gives Grixis colors an actual answer to problematic enchantments. Tapping for colorless is a big deal even in the mono colored decks but I think midrange and control are going to be happy to add an extra land and have access to this effect.

Eldrazi tron would love that land. Zero cost land that randomly hoses other cards. X=1 is probably the second most common use of EE anyway.

Seriously, what is gonna happen to the dead body of nicol bolas and all the lazotep-covered elite zombies now? These are kinda serious questions given the uses some guilds like the simic, golgari, and izzet would have with the materials and bodies of things from another world. The simic would be interested in the various lazotep-covered animals brought through, to see if they can clone a living specimen from cells. The izzet would want tons of lazotep for experiments. The golgari would want the zombie horde under their control. The rakdos would want the lazotep zombies as part of their live-weapon reenactments of the conflict.
