How many times is it now? If they thought NDA was broken (if it even was broken NDA in the first place) they should have suspended the people involved. I haven't played Eve since BoB was a thing, I logged off in my Mothership (caldari I think?), Delve when we lost control of the space. Is that area safe to log back into now, or would I be destroyed by Goon defenses as soon as I log in? I'm sure that moon must have a POS at it.

The POS is destroyed, and POS have been almost completely obsoleted (you can dock at Keepstar structures now.) You'll likely be in a ship configuration that won't allow you to jump because of an overloaded bay, since they revamped everything.

You will find that your Mothership is far less valuable than it used to be. They are called Super Carriers now and are the standard beginner ship for ratting in goonswarm. Don't take the rigs out. Large rigs in a super make it a rare collectors item.
