Horgan just doesn't have a very antagonistic personality as far as I can tell. The libs whole smear on him was "Angry John, there he goes again, you never know when he'll pop off next!" But he never actually gets visibly mad at all lol Bowinn Ma's tweets are p fire though

"The NDP isn't an iteration of my erotic communist fanfiction so I vote Liberal." Notable for great and effective cabinet ministers such as Maryam Monsef, Bill Morneau, Catherine McKenna, Seamus O'Regan, Bill Blair, Melanie Joly, Diane Lebouthillier, Judy Foote, Marc Garneau... I mean, aside for Freeland, Philpott, and Petitpas-Taylor, who has been remarkable so far? I'm in total agreement that NDP leadership is socialism averse, but to say that they don't have any good candidates based on their relative lack of career opportunities is apathetic bullshit.

And her department cannot be bothered to provide accurate figures. So no. e: the Paris targets are nowhere near sufficient to mitigate severe warming. We need to build a more caring, compassionate, loving society. Being angry that it isn’t, and angry at those who perpetuate our current conditions, is not contradictory. Even Son of God and being of pure love Mr. Jesus Christ (who is an obvious influence on that sort of rhetoric) got angry at a-holes doing a-hole things. That is some pro tier concern trolling. In other news I’m seeing a lot of “Do you want a government that can’t hide bribes properly?” type posts and memes from the usual Ontario Proud types. Like they’re basically saying that at Scheer will keep all the stuff out of the press which is good.

Weirdly, I'm almost inclined to agree, in as much as the Liberal government is going to be corrupt, couldn't they at least be competent about it? Mind you it's not that the Cons were better at being corrupt, Harper just ruled his cabinet absolutely, so there weren't any internal leaks or justice ministers going to the press about things.

Back from a little break with plenty more garbage from the Quebec meme scene. Not a meme; Journal de Montreal idiot tries to slander Manon Massé’s volunteering for the flood response and implies strange “Ontarien” sikhs and muslims are coming to help. Flood response: An army of douchebags shows up to help save the Pointe-Calumet Beachclub Radio-Canada decides to spend all their arts funding on daring new content before the Conservatives are elected and cut any remaining funding. A university of Laval TA tries to become the next Lindsay Shepherd, but kinda blows the “get fired stanning for the right wing’s principles” (In response to a boomer magazine article trash talking leggings and yoga pants as fashion: “I love women in leggings; you see the pussy crack and the rear end crack ;-p”) Wave of disappointment: “Douchebag army disappears prematurely “because there wasn’t any DJ or chicks””
