I am definitely all in with Horgan and the NDP, he’s doing a great job imo. Sometimes I wish he’d cut loose a little more, he used to be a lot more unvarnished in his opinions.

erm, but if a house is on a flood plain and catastrophic floods are getting worse, nobody would or should buy it for any price. Governments should prevent people from moving there since they’d just be bailing them out. (literally) Don’t really get what is hot takey about that.
