I guess the reason I thought about this at all is that, while a lot of it is obviously a joke, the namedrop for a specific porn-star-branded orifice gave it more of the feeling of the queasy, inside-jokey attempts at "humor" that you see in fetish or otherwise obsessive Internet communities -- "ha ha ha, isn't this so FUNNY and WEIRD and SO TRUE and I'm gonna keep doing it in earnest forever." I feel like someone has definitely built and hosed that thing, although they probably didn't bother to install the "peripherals." Having just listened to the episode today, I confess I'm more baffled by the pepper-and-asparagus tickler, which I'm kind of desperately hoping is also a joke. Let's not even get started on "The (urgh) Fondler"
