That episode was incredible, we need to get the thread title changed to one of the many hilarious lines from it.

I think now that Enoch knows that the timeline has changed he'll be able to fill them in on why the Chronicoms are trying to clean up Fitz. Looks like having a spare wasn't the convenient solution we thought it was when it violates Time Law.

My guess is it’s more like “you are marked as dead on our books, obviously our books are incontrovertible therefor we will correct you, possibly after heavy interrogation and/or dissection.”

It’s totally Fitz’s luck to be put out for the death of his future self.

What do you mean it's not Tom Cruise?

On top of everything else that was amazing about this episode, I love that the planet was named after the story editor, George Kitson.

I love this show, but I really did not like this episode, and it is among the worst I have seen from AoS.
The whole tripping on alien food was super dumb, and almost every single alien was just a human wearing googles or something similar. If you can afford to do good looking cgi, you can probably also afford to hire someone to do special effects make-up.
I am sure it will go back to being great next week, but it just felt like an episode of one of those DC shows that gets mass produced with little to no effort behind it.

The setup for the acid trip was a bit contrived, and tone-wise I probably wouldn't enjoy it if this was how the entire series was, but for a one-off episode it was hilarious.

Sarge and the big guy charged up a device that put a grid of dots in the sky, then looked at a computer screen with those dots over the Earth and a few glowing. They don't say what for, just "I've seen better, I've seen worse."

Wow. I love me some AoS, even with their cheap industrial hallway sets repeated ad naseum, but that was one of the single best episode in a long while. Very Farscape.

How many episodes is this season? And have they said how many pods they are splitting it into?

It's a shame they couldn't be more integrated with the movies and Infinity War screwed them.

Two 13 episode seasons, filmed at the same time. I imagine they're the two separate pods they're doing.

Though I do remember reading something about each season being split with a halfway pivot point. But I dunno. I could see them running through the Sarge plotline this season, and running the Confederacy plot into the next.

Favourite episode might well be the Hunter/Fitz team-up last season, gutted we didn't get more of those two together.

As a complete change of tone I thought this episode was great, though. It's nice to have a break from things being grimdark and serious once in a while.

With the Orville getting a third year it's really unlikely we'll ever see Bobbie again but I hope they pull Hunter in at least one more time.
