They actually launched an invasion into Scotland, though it turned out to be more of a suicide mission that got most of their divisions wiped out. I’m fairly confident that Francia is doomed. I’m less confident that we will rout the Russians quickly enough to go on to defeat the more distant great powers using conventional military forces before nukes start falling. Also, why is it that we have had events for turning African/Middle Eastern territories into puppets but not our Italian provinces?

So if we want to take this war across the sea we will have to do so from scratch. Also we would effectively be fighting against two entire continents.
