None of this "ten affordable but not really" units in a high rise condo, but a number based on current requirements in whatever city the building is being built. If you're going to build out into the edges of town, for every 20 single family McMansions you put up you have to pay for a 20 unit affordable apartment and a playground. Fuckin' while we're at it, build affordable nationalized housing units that aren't all in the lovely parts of town.

It's lovely that the whole Genocide/Not Genocide thing is linked to MMIWG which is just too small in scope and makes the argument devolve into semantics. It's real convenient to do it though because that way you don't have to get near the issues caused by Indian Act still existing and the larger more systemic problems that are definitely causing a genocide.
