lol my wife found a lump this winter and the hospital SHE WORKS AT AND INSURES HER charged her $450 for the mammogram done WITH THEIR EQUIPMENT AND DOCTOR. I dont know how much the office visit/co pay was to get in the door. They billed her for the mammogram. her sister was nearly sent to collections by the hospital she works for for the money she owed them for the emergency c-section needed to save her life and her baby's life. American health care is run by devils

all that effort, for a pointless cyst. this is what "socialised" health care gets you - a bunch of useless scans for no reason at all. A proper health care system puts the fear of god into patients so they only trouble specialists when it's truly necessary. Cure, don't "prevent". pfft, socialists.

I always thought America seemed so rich when I was a kid but then I realized that americans have no savings, are all heavily in debt, have some of the worst workers rights in the western world, most of the money seems to be going to the military or changing hands between the rich and if you're poor you will bankrupt yourself if you get sick Your country has troubles
