I just got a Logitech G600 for $30 on Amazon. This is my first gaming mouse, anyone have any clever ideas for what to do with all these buttons? Sorry if this seems like an ad.

I have a gaming mouse like that. Think it’s a razor? Caveat: I am old and bad and do this because I have to. I’ve tried a bunch of mappings. Here is what I usually end up actually using. Side buttons #1-5 mapped to the ability bar. #6 mapped to Ult. Push scroll = dodge roll #4 & 5 on the top, behind the scroll wheel are my horse and map. On the razor you can side click the scroll wheel = weapon swap. I have found this lets me do things like circle strafe while fighting and helps me do weaves. Seems like it would be harder to do a left click, side click, right click for a weave all on one hand, but I find it much easier (see Caveat above). So I really don’t use all the buttons, but I use the ones I have mapped a lot.

When I played LotRO I used six hot bars and all 12 buttons on the thumb of my razer mouse rather than keyboard hotkeys. It was swift and extremely performant. I have permanent damage to the first joint of my thumb.

Like 80% of a magplar's kit is AOE so basically everything just does 8% more. The other major part is that light attack damage scales with your highest stats now, so staves will do way more damage in that regard.

It's that time of year again, another year has passed and we all drift ever closer to the inevitable date where we slip from this mortal coil. But tomorrow it's Bethesda's yearly E3 Press Conference! We already know that neither TES VI or Starfield will be there, but I presume we can expect to hear the next plans for the Year of the Dragon, including (presumably) the Q3 and Q4 DLCs. As is tradition, you're all invited to join myself and whatever other goons are playing ESO at the time because nobody goes out of the way for it as it's the annual Watch The Bethesda E3 Press Conference In Guild Chat With Goons goon-stravaganza. It starts at 8 PM or so tomorrow night or whatever time you bother to show up!

Well, I haven’t been playing ESO as much as I’d like. That’s not to say anything bad about it though- my Plus just renewed and I don’t see any reason to cancel it. Just have been busy with work stuff. The game is Very Good and I look forward to playing more of it, and it’s refreshing to pay for a membership that actually gives you things instead of just plain old access to the game.

After starting this on a whim the day before the early release for Elsweyr, I have dumped about 80 hours into the game. In that time, I have come to the conclusion that the Fighter’s Guild quest line is the most I’ve cared about an mmo’s story since Wrath of the Lich King. And I’m not even done with it yet. Game good.

I'd say play through one of the DLCs you already own before bothering to pay any more. That way you know if you actually want to stick with it. Speaking from experience I have a bad habit of buying DLC for MMOs and then never actually playing the drat things.

Honestly, the proper way to get the DLCs, even if you don't want to sub, is to sub. You get about as many Crowns from subbing as you do for buying them outright, you get access to all the ones you don't have, you can just buy them with the crowns as they roll in then unsub when you want and still have access. I mean, there aren't too many story DLCs, are there? - Imperial City (ostensibly, at least, there's story content there but it's not the main attraction) - Orsinium - Thieves Guild - Dark Brotherhood - Clockwork City - Murkmire Then the chapters, Morrowind, Summerset, Elsweyr, and (soon) Dragonhold.
