Okay, here's my PoB for my Cyclone Facebreaker/Dancing Duo Champion: https://pastebin.com/JaV7grtA He's really starting to break faces, but I have very little life on my gear and will probably have to replace all my rares pretty soon. I'm sitting on an Yriel's Fostering I'm going to try to 6-link, just because I've never used it before and if I squint it's comparable to Loreweave. Going to finish the Scion life wheel, get another jewel, and then maybe grab some more minion damage up top. Once I got the -8 mana ring and L2 enlighten I was able to run HoP, Pride, and F&S/Maim alongside my beefed-up Impales. I also still need to do uber lab, but haven't done Crippling Grief yet. This is my first time making a build from scratch, and there's a lot of tech I learned in this thread but I'm still feeling really proud of it. I'm not sure what to do about my defensive link right now, though. I've got a lovely steelskin going on and a temp chains that probably isn't helping much, and I'd be interested in knowing what people think I should do with this. Also what should I link to flame dash now that it's instant?

The first league I ever got to maps was like Torment and second was Talisman or essence I dont remember. Third was Betrayal so you can see how that blew my loving mind lol. Anyway this league owns I just wish I got more Betrayal spawns

Lightning Trap is a really fun build. I had only ever done a sabo with GC, which was my first shaper kill, but LT is just so easy and fun to clear maps with! You dont lose much from just having melee splash but ancestral call really hurts your single target till you start scaling your poison harder. Even with poison prolif it doesn't feel good unless you use both those gems. But boy howdy do pack mobs just absolutely blow up the moment you smack em once with an attack do to all the shotgunning and poison

How's the mana drain? Are you using elreon jewelry to reduce mana cost, or is it not even a problem?

You have to click the crawler and click a node in the map to keep going Honestly I can't tell what the issue is here. There are side areas in the mine that you have to explore with flares, the cart doesn't follow you in those

You need sulphite to explore with the crawler which is found randomly in the world. You don’t get anything for that quest really, it’s just a tutorial, so don’t worry about it. You’ll complete it naturally when you have enough darkness resistance and flares to poke around the nooks and crannies.

yeah the "quests" that you get from Navali, Niko, Einhar, and some other dudes I'm not sure you've met yet absolutely do not matter and can be done anytime. they're just there to introduce you to the idea of Masters and their basic functionality. Just keep pressing on with the actual story quest and go deeper into the mine.

I wanna thank the posters here, along with Rodent, for posting ideas for cyclone builds. It really helped me with my pathing, and those Fortify nodes are the bees knees. I landed at this for my planned Voidforge Slayer: https://pastebin.com/5XVh39U3 (level 93 plan) With buffs, but no jewels/gear equipped (sans Voidforge, Mark of Submission and Starkonja's), we're looking at a mill Shaper DPS with buffs. If it's not going farther, it's either at a node, or you are venturing off its path far enough that it is waiting for you to come back so it can keep going. If you mean you have no fuel for it to keep going to new nodes, you get more when you're not in the mine, like the first mining nodes you did in act 5. Niko has a small chance of showing up in zones in the Acts or in maps (which is what comes after the main story is done). Edit: also this may be obvious, but since people get into the 'gotta go fast' mindset, if you have trouble with a mechanic, read stuff about it. Niko tolls you what to do, you have a quest log that tells you, and there is also the Help files. Failing all those, there is the wiki and videos online if you search. The big problem with Scourge Arrow is that you hit max stages relatively quickly but the skill will continue to drain you. So you really need to get a feel for just tapping and holding the button for a second. Once you get a rhythm going it absolutely shreds content.
