As far as can be determined, all he's bringing is that crappy banner and his little notes with the address for his Patreon and other assorted grift sources. The only one I can think of that's close is B B Hood (Darkstalkers/VS:LOV). Parasol (Skullgirls) fights with an umbrella but it otherwise dissimilar.
