Overall I have no idea why Australia has been getting praised by announcers/other talking heads, they haven’t scored from open play and have been a hot mess defensively, their star has looked mediocre, and the US wrecked them in the warmup.

I'm not too sure there's been any game I enjoyed the whole way through. Once a team went down a goal few looked like they could come back. This looks like it'll be fought until the end. Although I am looking forward to the next game today. I thought the Saffas were screwed against Spain and will be looking to right their loss.

Brazil have thrown this away. In the first 10 minutes of the second half they've had a couple of breaks but no willingness to get the ball in early. They've had opportunities to upset the Australians, forcing them to drop deeper but haven't taken them. My €1 Brazil bet is disgusted.
