I'm actually surprised that sabotage wasn't considered. I mean, given the evidence that an RBMK reactor exploded, you'd think that people's minds wouldn't go to "that's impossible, those can't explode!" but rather "CAPITALIST SABOTAGE!" given the past several decades of cold warring.
