I'm sure they're usually dope but that tattoo has all sorts of problems in the application and drawing. Especially since source material exists in every conceivable pose for all of these characters. Mickey's eyeball wobble, Simba's everything (eyes wow), how dark Stitch is, the lines in the rose in the shorts, Ariel's entire thing (neck?!), Nemo's entire thing (two different eyes?), and the color doesn't look jammed in there well. Stitch's ear is patchy and so is the background behind Simba.

Yeah, it looks like a coloring error for Mowgli, since he's the only character with that bangs and bobcut hairstyle going on that I know of. But there's quite a bit else going wrong with that tattoo.
