Rabiot to Juventus and Kovacic to Chelsea appear to be done deals. Chelsea were able to sign Kovacic because of a loophole in their transfer ban in that Kovacic was technically registered as a Chelsea player until June 30th so they did the deal before their ban went into effect on July 1.
