My regular goon Blackout group got so terrible at the regular game after playing Hot Pursuit for months. We used to win once or twice almost every night and now we win like one round a month. HP just broke our brains and we just got so used to BS'ing about non game stuff that we use zero strategy and get owned constantly lol. I think it's partially burn out too and the game just serves at a chat group at this point.

I've won about 5 games a night the last week. Also Hot Pursuit is back.

I hope the next Call of Duty has more maps where it's impossible to see anything. Some that are pitch black. Literally a black screen. That'd be real neat! That strobe on the auto shotgun is the bee's knees too. So maybe a map that's nothing but that, maybe even have it flash different bright "electric" colors at a rapid pace.

That'd be really fantastic. Being able to see what you're shooting at is very much overrated. Not seeing poo poo? That's not at all worthless and annoying but extremely enjoyable and good.

Same on console. The stupid dust storm one was tolerable when they were on but now I can't even see poo poo. The mansion at night is terrible and worse than that crap by a mile because the dust storm had at least indoor areas where you could see.

Hacienda Twilight is a loving oval office map.

Just...Ugh. The only redeeming feature is they opened up a room on the opposite side to the water which a lot of people haven't noticed.

And then strobe lights and thermal titans tear you to poo poo while you're squinting at the screen trying to figure out what the gently caress is going on.

Overall, 7/10.

Not a single guy we downed was able to be killed, as they were picked up by a teammate within seconds. And it was extremely fun despite the impossibility of winning.

If you�re using a Daemon it�s currently broken and does 0 damage once you leave close range.

They're not terrible. They usually involve using the operator's equipment to get kills and poo poo. Most items tend to have fixed locations so look up which one you want and get hunting. I think Prophet is the hardest? It requires to have 3 active perks when you win a match while you're holding the item. Ajax and Crash are probably the easiest.

Obtain Battery's War Machine.The War Machine can be acquired by searching Supply Drops.
Get 2 kills with the War Machine.

Firebreak	
Obtain the Burned Doll mission item. This can be acquired by looting Supply Stashes.
Confirm a Kill or Clean Up a downed player with fire.

Nomad	
Obtain the Juneau's Tags mission item. This can be acquired by Supply Stashes.
Kill 2 enemies without taking any damage.
Finish the match with the Juneau's Tags in your inventory.
Prophet	
Obtain the Ocular Prosthetic mission item. This can be acquired by searching Supply Drops.
Win the match while you have 3 perks active, along with the Ocular Prosthetic in your inventory.
Ruin	
Obtain the Punching Mitts mission item. This can be acquired by searching the Red Crane at the Construction Site, the Lighthouse, the Rafters at the Turbine Hangar 2, and on top of the Asylum Roof.
Kill an enemy using close quarters combat. This can be done through melee or simply shooting an enemy at close range.
Finish the match with the Punching Mitts in your inventory.
Seraph	
Find the Annihilator mission item. The Annihilator can be acquired by shooting the target at the Firing Range. Once shot, loot the green box that can be found inside the building at the front of the range.
Kill 1 enemy with the Annihilator.
Finish the match in the top 15 players.
Ajax	
Obtain the Destroyed Armored Plating mission items. These can be acquired by looting fallen enemies.
Scavenge 3 pieces of Destroyed Armored Plating.
Finish the match with 3 Destroyed Armored Plating pieces in your inventory.
Crash	
Obtain Poker Chips mission item. This can be acquired by searching Medical Stashes.
End the match with 15 Healing Items.
Finish the match in the Top 3 Squads, Top 8 Duos, or Top 15 Solo.
Finish the match with the Poker Chips in your inventory.
Recon	
Obtain the Ching Coin mission item. This can be acquired by searching Supply Stashes.
Avoid any collapse damage.
Place in the Top 7 Squads, Top 15 Duos or Top 30 Solos.
Finish the match with the Ching Coin in your inventory.
Torque	
Obtain the Torque's Note mission item. This can be acquired by searching Supply Drops.
Deploy 2 Razor Wires and 1 Barricade.
Place in the Top 5 Squads, Top 7 Duos, or Top 15 Solos.
Finish the match with Torque's Note in your inventory.

Generally the ones that have the item in a supply stash will also have the necessary items to complete the challenge.

Yeah Torque is really easy, collect everything in the box and deploy the barricade and 2 razor wires. Don't need to get kills or anything with it, won't take up space in your inventory all game.

BR is like regular multiplayer, but you have to drop from an airplane, run around doing tedious looting, get shot and then wait forever to get into another lobby. It's the boring parts amplified.

S&D is my go to when I've prestiged a gun and want to level it up/I want to go against a party of 5 level 1000's.

It's the 2nd best game mode after Safeguard where you help a dumb robot commit suicide.

Speaking of dumb robots it looks like Reaper is the next specialist. gently caress I wanted Blackjack. I can only hope the dumb dopey bitch has C4 as his equipment.

One thing I'd love to see is for the armor levels on your squad to be color coded - blue, purple, red for level 1, 2, 3. Also a small indicator for whether they have a bag.

I didn't get a clip of this, but last night we were playing Hot Pursuit and I landed at that little shopping center by factory/riverboats to get the car. An enemy player landed at the exact same time I did. I was able to get in first, and his button mashing put him in the backseat as I drove off. He kept trying to punch me but couldn't reach me for some reason. So he changed to the other backseat - same thing. Then he ended up in the passenger seat but just sat quietly as we drove up the road. A crate had just landed behind those houses up by the railroad bridge so I smashed through the fence, stopped at the crate, and let him out. Then calmly drove off like nothing happened.
