When I hear people complaining about having bad reactions to dairy you have no idea how happy it makes me that I still haven't had to deal with that. Soda is the big killer on that front. Cheese isn't nearly as bad for you as people think it is so long as you don't massively overdo it. Even so like everything it's only a problem if you overdo it. The snag is less what Americans eat and more how much of it combined with a sedentary lifestyle. Sugar is the biggest issue.

Potentially anyone who can be arsed to learn Blender at minimum. The bar for entry isn't exactly high these days from a material perspective, so finding who is specifically responsible for a CGI work might be a little difficult.
