If possible, make sure you do them as a biker MC, the pay for your sidekicks is a little better. This applies to bunkers, air freight, nightclub, and MC sales(obviously). I already sold the few things I had stashed but i'm always down to help a brother out.

Then, you retire and go into a mission and watch TV to avoid accruing fees while afk. I usually get around 850k every day with only one easy sell mission. Also, the terrorbyte missions are good to mix in with vip work for grinding without cool down. Plus, they pay 60k per mission this week until Thurs.

Yeah I made about 80 million with afk nightclub selling. Leave it on overnight, 15 minute run to deliver before work, repeat.

Even at 40% off this week it'd still be $7 mil. Stupid case of needing to have money to make money. It's almost like TakeTwo wants me to have to play the game or something...

Yeah it's confusing but the MC businesses and the nightclub aren't related except you need to have the MC up and running for the nightclub to produce. Ideally you do the initial supply run and then sell, leave the business open but not producing. Nightclub rules because it's never more than one shipment, and the best delivery vehicle is included with it. Just don't upgrade to the other vehicles, you might have to do 2-3 trips but it's worth it to not deal with the POS Pounder or Mule

Yep Night Club And Bunker Sales For AFK Earning with a Whitelist Lobby For Public Lobby is the easiest way to earn, if your not Planning to Play anything else. Still trying to Get Back Online Right Now But So Many Griefers it’s Astounding How Many Want to Loose a Rockstar Account Just To Be a Dick to a Total Stranger, after Giving all their Information to them :P

I'm running 3 yr old poo poo - i5-6500, GTX960, 16gb ram - and hve most everything at high or highest, and run a solid 70ish FPS. Theres a few settings that are taxing, like grass and water, that can be turned down to help out. Don't run both of the FXAA and MSAA, pick whichever runs easier. Shouldn't be that difficult Chimi- At the individual businesses, coke, weed, meth, etc, if you're not going to actively maintain them, then don't bother with the upgrades. Instead spend money on the upgrades at the night club, which will speed up the rate it builds stock

Hi, I'm looking to get an idea of what to spend about 2.5 million on assuming the discount event hasn't ended by the time I get home from work. Would it be worth the investment to buy the nightclub and related businesses while they're on sale to try to get passive income going? The terrorbyte looks stupidly useful as well. I already have all of the stuff you get from the 10 dollar starter pack, as well as a medium warehouse currently.

I’ve never had more fun in this dead game after the nightclub dlc than any other time... I make enough money that I’ve spent myself down to zero many times over and am currently at 40,000,000 without grinding at all. Yes I leave my computer running the game, no I haven’t noticed my electricity bill go up. I’ll do nightclub sales when it seems like a good lobby, haven’t ever lost one. If/when I log in, I’ll mess around, drive something cool since I own everything... do all of the challenges (up to 32 in the under the bridge challenge!) and just take in the scenery. I’m still bad at pvp, so I pretty much avoid it unless I’m trying to help someone else... then my strategy is to die repeatedly to distract the aggressor. I do love calling the mugger on people as much as possible with the cooldown. If you seem racist or a griefer, Lamar’s buddy will be on his way. And although I’m sure I could do them, I still haven’t completed the original heists lol TLDR get the nightclub and upgrades. I wouldn’t even bother getting weed and documents mc biz’s

In prep for the casino update, I was doing the AFK nightclub thing plus a single sell/resupply for the bunker to net me a little over a million/day without grinding(more with this week's bonuses). I loving hate those bunker sell missions, though. If you get the insurgent one it just suuucks so much. Also, I maxed out both of my nightclub sell vehicles on armor and run flats. The proxy mine add on also makes short work of the NPC's, but with the nightclub missions they're pretty tame anyways.

If cash flow is tight you can skip on the middle vehicle (Mule? it's trash) and just get the bigger one (Pounder?). Sales will still be one vehicle, if it's <1/3 full it'll be the van, if its more than that it will use the big truck

I've got a blimp and I love it. Its way faster than you'd think and I invite people to blow it up all the time, because its very satisfying to see it pop into a shower of confetti. I don't think I've ever had anyone maliciously blow it up when I pull it out in a public session, they always wanna fly it, ride in it, or park an oppressor on it while I'm flying it around. A note on that last aspect, it does make a surprisingly stable mobile snipers nest

PS4 - "private" public lobby method 1. start a party with at least one friend 2. go to story mode, or the main creator menu if online 3. go to party menu in dashboard, select 'play together' 4. choose first option, 'create new game session and invite players (host)'. party members DO NOT accept invite. 5. you may be in the clouds a while, esp. if starting from creator menu. when you load in you will be in an empty public lobby. your friends may now join you from options>friends>you>join session these sessions seem to be pretty rando-proof. had a 4 player room for hours with no other players dropping in.

Ah I remember why I liked this game. Just had a guy try to beef with me for like 10 minutes because I ran him over and nicked his business battle goods. Finally logged off after trying to run me over with a helicopter and said I looked like dr disrespect who when I looked up I'm taking as a compliment  People get so loving mad about random poo poo in this game.
