Phone swing PSA: After a while, the swing grinds into the arms until it can no longer swing. Put some tape or aluminum foil on the arms to fix or prevent it.

Saturday raid train, first one for armored Mewtwo. About 50 people showed up. We had two valor groups, an instinct, and a mystic with leftover valors. We did about 8 raids (could have done more if everyone carpooled, alas). Passed out a little mini Pokemon figure to everyone. The furry did not show up. Caught 3 armored Mewtwos, completed another Spinda (not a shiny again) task, lined up more Seel tasks, and am ready for Entei. Sadly no one wants to do a Mewtwo train tomorrow, a few people missed it, but not enough to actually make a carpool team. And then there are always the people who whine about the train starting at 8am (I wish we would get a group for 6 when it's still only 90* out) and don't get outta bed till 10 or noon. They also whine they can't ever get enough people to raid at 4pm in some random park.

Ugh that sounds horrible. Get a group of 4 and just drive around pounding mewtwos when a passenger sees them (or if you have a raid map). I already have kids and cats, I don't need more to herd around, with worse behavior.

I set the times for my trains. That said tomorrow for Entei, I will not have a train, though many people are irritated by that. I'll be in a carpool, and it kinda bites that we usually have 1 car, but someone wants to bring his adult kid and boyfriend, and then another person wants to bring two more, so we have three cars. It's worth a shot, but 1 car is SO much nicer. Ah well, we can try it. For Lapras and Raikou day we did something like 15 raids, one car, or mostly till everyone got a shiny.

Sometimes if you lose connection or if it's spotty, it might not load everything for the research, although in my experience it only fails to load your mission statuses or actually shows a white ring as if you haven't finished a daily research. Your problem seems to be the other way around so, who knows.

  Looks relatively normal now. It still matches up to having completed one mission per day, so it's pretty much like I got to fill one slot a day earlier without giving me an additional stamp

I managed to luck out and find a big group today. We did about 8 raids, and I got four shiny Enteis, two on each of my accounts. Had fun, nice people, too, no drama. Kind of wish it was always like that.

I didn't do any Entei Raids. It's too goddamn hot out there, and driving between Raids makes me feel like a lame-o. Plus I already have too drat many of the things from the research rewards just collecting dust. I don't even particularly like Entei. If the Raid day was for a Pokemon I liked or would use, it would be different but.... Entei. Meh.

i did the entei raids for an ez 200000xp with the hour long lucky egg, theyre all going into the bin tho the beasts might be stronk but they dont look cool enough to me to use :< I have a 98 raikou but i use my 100 electivire way more just cause when you tap on him hes like me when i wake up in the morning also DrCheeto if you open my gift tomorrow well hit besties, feel free to pop a lucky egg and open it anytime ive got one foot in level 40 anyways

For me and my wife it was our first attempt at finding random pickup raid groups. We found two, but even though my wife is pretty solid with her curve great throws she didn't catch Entei at either of the raids. Frankly it was a pretty huge buzzkill even though I caught both. I can't believe they don't have an option for buying a master ball for like $3-$5 once you run out of premier balls. Buying more raid passes really doesn't work for us since we have little kids so we can't just hunt raids all day long. On that note, when I end up trading one of mine to her, do we both need to pay the 40K dust once we are best friends?

When youve got the signal not found red bar, the game typically defaults to 0,0 for x/y coords, which puts you in a real fucky timezone that can cause weird date errors like this

Yeah if she has anything you don't have you might as well get it in the trade because you'll be paying the dust cost regardless. I got super lucky with a shiny in my first raid and then snagged another 5, with one getting away. The best friends bonus is so loving good 6 balls drat. No 100IVs so I just powered up the one shiny. Also hit level 36 and got Mewtwo in a trade. Solid poke day.

12 for 13 with 3 shinies. I normally have terrible luck with catching legendaries and with shinies, so today was a good day. I missed Raikou day and Groudon dinner hour, so I'm hoping I can pawn a few spare shines for a shiny one of those.

Did a few raids, almost ten probably. It was a fun time, i'm almost at level 36 with this. Got a shiny. It made me realize that the Meltan research quest involves Hypno, Scizor and Marowak... and Ash's Meltan ate Fabou's Hypno's coin and then beat it. Then later on Guzma used his Scizor, and next week Kiawe fights using Alolan Marowak...

did 18 raids, got a shiny on the very last one. also got a volbeat from a dude who went to switzerland for vacation earlier this year. overall a good day except the unbearable heat; usually we get around 25 raids in but people were dropping like flies after the first like 7.

Did a two car train tonight. Something like 16 or 17 raids? 4 shinies for me, everyone else got 1 or 2. I realized too late I am a poo poo friend, because my other friend J doesn't keep up with the pokemon news, and usually I invite her to these trains. But she never carpools, and only stays for the free passes, and rarely gets a shiny. I didn't invite her. In part because I didn't want another car trailing around, in part because she never gets a shiny, and she also barely raids with the group. Part of the carpool is everyone together so we can talk and joke around. So I'm torn between feeling like poo poo and going 'well, she should ATTEMPT to keep up! or at least raid once in a while!" because I already have a Cosplay Mewtwo for her, and will give her a shiny Entei, so I don't know. One of the four is going to a member of the group who got one on his baby account, so that leaves me with two, which is fine. Should I feel bad about not inviting my friend?
