Manson has left Bubba's show. This means that his main writer, and the guy that more or less made him a success (imho) is gone. I managed to listen to the show live today, tuned in at about 7:45 and more or less listened to it all the way through despite not having a subscription. I went to log in to the SiriusXM app to see if I could still get the $1 deal, it took my credentials but then when I got to the channel listing it had a banner asking me to sign in at the top? Anyway I clicked Howard 100 just to see what would happen but it loaded right up with no prompt about a trial or anything and I listened for the remaining three hours with no problems. I definitely have not paid for a subscription, nor is the credit card they probably have on file even valid anymore. Lucking into some free satellite radio somehow? Bizarre that even after logging in, it tells me that I'm not logged in but the streams still work. I just tried it again, and I'm watching video clips and listening to channels no problem. lol @ SiriusXM

The dude is incredibly talented and can get a job in the industry at any point he wants He was for sure the most "normal" on the show...has a wife who runs a business and has 3 kids from what I recall. Those kids are probably in their early 20's by now. All my knowledge of Manson is from 2006... I'll be curious if Bubba keeps the Ned gag going without having Manson to do the voice. Also, calling it now. Manson will start selling bits and songs to Howard. I could see him getting some "outsourced" work Ughh I just hope its not a work and Manson really did leave

You should put in a multiball up there in the middle that is just his big fat stupid head, with his mouth open, and when you knock out the lower 5 teeth, it'll trap the ball for multiball.

To give the pieces the durability required of getting smacked at the fastest speeds a pinball machine generally sports, the printed pieces would be too heavy for a lot of applications and hollowing them out would then compromise the integrity of the assembly. Especially for a ball lock, where the inner mechanism would have at the bare minimum a kicker and coil mechanism for punting the ball to a safe trough to allow the traditional three ball lock. I would probably look at resin casting it, I bet a few better connected folks in the local pinball community could help me locate someone with a vacuum moulding setup too. The DIY pinball community in New England is fantastic, there's a guy building a brand new Metroid machine from scratch:  On the left is Steve Ritchie - only the most well-known and successful pinball designer of all time. If Steve Ritchie walked up to my custom game during a convention and played it, I would poo poo seventeen bricks. He was quoted as saying "I don't hate it" during the exhibition which is about as good as it gets from the godfather of pinball.. Anyway, I'm  about pinball in the Howard thread. Uhhhhhhh how about this morning's show?

I thought the cube thing was a reference to The Game, the pickup artist book. One of the tricks the PUAs use in it is to talk to women and have them imagine a cube. It's shape, size, color, and then add a ladder. Then you just make up some psychological stuff about how the cube represents the way they view themselves. But no... they're just... comparing cubes.
