When I was a kid sometime in the 90s there was an entire box of them at the local flea market so we had the whole set. I've never bothered to confirm it but I've always read that Tim Burton was going to make that instead of Mars Attacks but them Jurassic Park came out.

I can't remember the name but I used to get a magazine that would list different web addresses for neat and boring things. Like, it would just be a list of the ip addresses with a brief description. I remember thinking one was cool because it was a counter of how many sodas a vending machine at MIT dispensed that day. The internet sucked back then and I was very bored.

Half of the sites would be some random person's personal site, lots of which were dead by the time I got the book. The other half would be major websites that you really didn't need a book to figure out, like https://www.lego.com. Even as a kid I couldn't really believe that something so instantaneously obsolete could be sold, but

Three of my classmates, all girls, went through my backpack at some point because 10th grade and they pulled all those mags out while I was busy with some Steven King tome.
