Richie Rich grows up, moves out of the house, gets into politics, joins the DSA, starts a leftist podcast, but then people find out about his wealth and he gets cancelled.

They should really canonize that Casper is Richie's future ghost self and team them up in a comic.

Where are those rights anyway? Last I knew it was the now defunct Star/Harvey comics line. You had Casper, Wendy, Lil Dot, etc.

Sorry to burst your bubble but Casper and Richie Rich have regularly teamed up for various antics!!! And Richie always writes it off as a dream at the end even though sometimes Cadbury joins the adventure and sees Casper too while Casper and Wendy don't even do anything to try and convince them it's a dream. Plus if you consider the movie canon then we know Casper is an old timey rich kid named Casper McFadden.

Superheroes are cool, but have you ever thought of a series about unrepentant supervillians? Our focus groups suggest it could do well with the 12 to 17 year old male demographic.

Archie vs Predator II is coming out next week, still being written by Alex de Campi, who wrote the first one, and illustrated by Robert Hack, who drew Chilling Adventures of Sabrina. My initial reaction was "eh sure, why not", since the first one was cute and pretty off the wall, but based on the preview this one looks like it might be going in some crazy directions that you really wouldn't expect from its title. In the aftermath of AvP, Betty and Veronica are the only survivors, together with a teenage Predator who's been surgically modified to look like Archie. But they have a plan! They're going to walk down Memory Lane--which was the plot device used in the Archie Marries series to introduce Archie to the forking timelines of marrying Betty/Veronica, and which they explicitly reference--to travel back in time to when everyone was still alive. BUT. When they get to Memory Lane, it's closed off, and is under renovation from "Waid Enterprises".. I'm obviously extremely biased given my BSS posting history but, uh, it's a definite buy for me now because I'm a sucker for both Archie AND weird meta-stories. Speculation based on spoilers for other Archie properties: including this one, that makes three of their non-core titles that are all currently doing wacky multiverse shenanigans (AvP, Jughead's Time Police, Jughead vs Vampironica) so it would probably be incredibly silly and cool if they're building up to a proper Crisis of Infinite Archies

I read that one, it's an off-shoot of Spider-Man vs Wolverine from the late 80's I think. They killed Ned Leeds in that (in the original, canon, story, not the what if)because of an ongoing writer's dispute about who the Hobgoblin should be. The What If also has him develop his Spider-Sense to the point of basically being precognition.

Aside from the first two volumes, most of the later What Ifs? aren't numbered, they just reference the event/storyline they're spinning out of by name. Also, if you can grab a trade with What if? 105, that's a good one.
