Wishlist for a master piss tape evidence compilation: - Video format that can play directly in a tweet (doesn't need a link click, won't be mis-cropped by the twitter player) - Include both distinct phone videos taken by the leaker, each one showing the full ~24 seconds (2 clips) - The GIF comparing the room to the Colbert video. Preferably, speed the GIF way up. Also separate it into side by side images. - The floorplan image for the suite provided by Ritz Carlton's website (include link) showing the TV where the camera would be, and point out that concealing in a TV would be one of the only ways to avoid security sweeps while still providing power wiring - Link to the earliest 4chan source of the video (Jan 15th) - Tweet it from a good twitter account with some followers, profile and pic filled out - Make it clear that it's a twitter thread - Tweet it widely at not at liberal reporters but actual marxist/leftist ones (Jimmy Dore? Other youtubers?), B list liberal celebrities, who else? Ideally this compilation of info should also point out our own observations: - The room details are correct, right down to the light fixtures, which would not have been moved even during a renovation. - There's some element of technical know-how as well; whoever leaked them at least knew that they should launder the data by recording their computer monitor with a phone. - The Ritz Carlton in Moscow posted a floorplan of the suite in question. If they kept the furniture this way it suggests the camera is integrated with the TV, a sensible way for it to survive security sweeps, and it matches the view shown in the video. - The dark/low video quality is consistent with what actual spy equipment would have to be like to avoid security sweeps. - The personality and mannerisms seem to be a match for Trump (pointing at on phone / tv remote instead of watching the act) - The total lack of fanfare or viral marketing around it, deletion from liveleak, and disappearance for 6 months from everywhere but SA, is evidence that it's not an intentional phony, but a leak -- from a low level person who wasn't supposed to leak it. - The 4chan posts' timing coincides roughly with the Roger Stone arrest, if that means anything. - That even if it's a prank, the prankster had to have access to that exact Moscow hotel suite, and had to be willing to hire sex workers -- few comedians fit that bill (Fielder, SBC, anyone else?), or if a nation state faked it they had to break the law to do so. (edit: An abandoned James O'Keefe / Project Vertias adventure should be considered as well. But those guys are loudmouths and usually frankly pretty bad at their pranks, and there are too many things right about these clips for that to add up.) - The case others have made against the clip - including Ritz's message that a renovation took place sometime since 2014. Also that Trump looks thin and inexpressive facially with a weird face, potentially a rubber mask or deepfake. - Whatever their origin it makes for a good discussion, because someone clearly went to a lot of trouble. If they're real, which I think they might be, they could be used to demoralize Trump. I'm with you on all of that (except getting Dore involved, because he's such a Seth Rich truther that he's basically pro-Trump at this point). I genuinely wonder what the best time to push all of this would be, though. Do we keep it in our back pocket and promote it at a specific time, or is the tape all time condensed into a singularity? Like others in the thread, I've talked to a couple of reporters about this, and they'd all heard of the tape, and dismissed it out of hand.

This wasn't just something done with CGI, they had to either go to the room or recreate it. Real effort was put into this thing.

We all know the Piss Tape is real. But the ultimate question is and always has been: who blurred the faces? I can not think of any explanations other than "it's fake and the women only agreed to it if their faces were blurred" or "Mueller found the piss tape and it was one of the classified referrals"
