Also Marianne is a great character to get as she gets silence as a spell.

I'm so glad none of this makes any sense and this game is structured in the way that without a guide, tea party is a crapshoot. THAT SURE IS FUN AND GOOD GAME DESIGN. jesus gently caress my byleth got speed screwed for chapter 13 when almost everything on the map doubles him and he still refuses to gain speed and now i'm back in the home base post-timeskip and potential golden deer spoilers? ashe of all people vanished from my roster somehow

If you’re Black Eagles, you can seemingly only recruit Hilda if you (late BE spoilers) side with the Church. The moment you tell Edelgard no, all of the usual options should pop up the next time you talk to Hilda.

I'm only a couple months into my Golden Deer playthrough and I'm on track to have recruited basically everyone who can be recruited thanks to New Game Plus letting me instantly max out professor level At the rate I'm going the Blues and Blacks won't have anyone on their team in the Gronder mock battle

I did all of that like crazy and the only thing I ever got when I talked to her for months was the option to ask her for tea. Like, I sat at C into ‘this bond will take time to develop’ B for months, and it wouldn’t give me the option to give her gifts or even get her as a temporary party member until after the spoiler.
