AHL players generally make around 70k, so probably 40-50 would be my guess.

https://www.pensionplanpuppets.com/...waivers-two-way Average ECHL salary is around $20k. The salary cap is $13k a week for the entire roster. They do get housing covered though unlike the AHL/NHL. Guys of AHL two-way deals probably bring the average up a bit but most guys are on ECHL only deals.
