For flavor to match the card name I would prefer something like "When ~ ETBs each opponent may sacrifice one or more artifacts and/or enchantments they control. For each artifact or enchantment not sacrificed this way, create a treasure token." But I guess this is cleaner.

MTGO Commander is 1v1 only right? You wouldn't have to code anything, your opponent is always going to be to your immediate left or right.
