Pep’s Barca teams weren’t that boring, but the way they manipulated referees against anyone that could actually give them a game was infuriating. City definitely do a lot of the same things, though not quite to the same extremes.

Klopp's 13pts clear thanks to video ref

Don't get me wrong I would absolutely love to be in a City fan's position. Being able to choose to support a team that has near unlimited funds, the best tactician in the game, and winning every domestic trophy coming must be a wonderful feeling. However, I don't understand why anyone who isn't a City fan finds watching their games interesting. You know before every game they're going to have at least 75% possession. They're going to have hundreds more passes than the opposition. They're going to win by 3+ goals. You might as well just stick a permanent addendum onto every MOTD that says "City won by 3/4/5 goals and continue to be top of the league".

Anyway that's too many words about a team who I don't support. Spurs bad City good.

Both Sooty and David Silva are referred to as "little magicians", though the main difference as Martin Tyler just pointed out is that Silva has "magic in his feet", and we bearly ever saw Sooty's feet.
