The Iiconics were in a four-way match for the NXT women's title after Asuka left. The rules meant that if one laid down for the other, the one who got the pin would win. They also could have had them do an opportunistic double pin to be co-champs. Chicken poo poo heels that everyone knew weren't worth the title would have been significantly better than having someone who consistently failed to beat the former champion as champion.
