DAMNIT, I never bought those SFMs I was meaning to buy.  (E again: Batterskull hasn't jumped significantly yet. Isn't that THE card to pair with SFM?)Also, RIP Mono Red Prowess, anything with Arclight Phoenix, and Dredge in general I guess. E: Oh yeah, also Hollow One. Definitely did not expect looting to go at the same time as hogaak, but I did idly think "they're gonna unban something dumb at the same time" during my coffee this morning. Since most of my modern decks play looting, all I've got left to play now are Burn and Infect, which probably just got worse. So long Storm, Dredge and Phoenix, you were probably too good.

Really dumb to ban Looting, which is in plenty of non-problematic archetypes, and leave Stirrings. Nice of them to unban that cars they shouldn't have banned in the first place. And maybe there will be a stupid Colossus Hammer deck with SFM.

Looting was 100% the right ban last BNR cycle, where they skipped banning Hogaak because it had just come out. I don't know why Bridge didn't get unbanned, though, since it wasn't the problem card (and with Hogaak/Looting gone it's a much harder engine to get going). SFM unban is cute, but I'm expecting that this means Jund win rates start creeping up, more than anything.

SFM is going to be good but not overpowered Faithless Looting was absolutely correct to ban, it really has been a component of the best deck for a long rear end time at this point
