Nobody moves on to "bigger and better projects" after a traumatic brain injury, except the guy who made WW2 dioramas.

Can Quillette be punished for saying they fired an employee for his disability even if it's obvious to everyone that he wasn't disabled?

Lehman is basically claiming he's left on his own volition. I suppose Andy could dispute that, and he has the money from gofundme to lawyer up, but I dunno what would happen if say, he sues them for firing him due to a brain injury and they claim that the injury is a lie even when they affirm it.

Theoretically they could have engaged in the interactive process but found it impossible to reasonably accommodate him. But it is amusing to think about yes

It's pretty incredible poo poo. A whole fascist cult founded by a con-man who claimed he had spiritual visions from one of history's greatest conmen above Mt. Shasta. And with ties to the Koch Brothers' dad too.

In fact, there's two completely different wiki articles for the Comte de Saint Germain. One for the historical St. Germain, who was a known bullshit artist, and a New Age page for the Theosophist St. Germain, who is considered a spiritual master by people who still take his words at face value.

St. Germain is alleged to be part of the "Great White Brotherhood of Ascended Masters," by Theosophists.

American Theosophy was founded by Helena Blavatsky, a Russian immigrant. Theosophy was a syncretic cult, so they borrowed all sorts of symbols.

Apparently there's a bunch of different legends and myths about St. Germain, so it's possible that whatever group you're talking about claimed him as their founder.
