I think this sticks out because he's never been this blatant in his bullshit. The media had some small plausibility with the crowd size at the inauguration, because, while the picture wasn't of his crowd, it was certainly a picture of a crowd. There's no denying that he took a sharpie to an NOAA map, though.

Has anything substantial been done to improve the conditions at the border camps? There were those high-profile congressional representative visits, did anything come of those?
