My watch4 seems like it gets way more than 18 hours but I literally use it to tell time and maybe tell it to play something while I'm driving.

Same. My 2+ year old Series 2 will still be at like 70% after an 18-hour day. I don't want an always-on display if it means I'm fully discharging the battery every day.

Cool thing about titanium -- you can torch it and polish it to get a neat rainbow effect in the finish. Try it out if you're planning on picking up a titanium Series 5!

I'm not sure I'd want the display always on. It just looks so wasteful to me energy wise and would bug me. Wonder if you could make it work like the older watches to get better battery life?

Watch5 doesn't really seem to do much for me for a change. I don't remember what Watch4 added but I jumped on that pretty quickly by contrast.
