It was real dumb too because the movie starts with just Sandra Bullock and the 2 kids right before they make it to the safehouse, then it flashes back a few weeks and doesn't return to the present time until the last 5 minutes of the movie so you spend the entire movie waiting for everyone you meet that isn't those 3 characters to die.
