I would bet guys wearing separates actually have a full suit tucked somewhere, but realize it's too hot, too restrictive, and too hard to maintain to bother wearing regularly. So they pull the jacket out every once in a while to make it worth the $299 they spent at that Men's Warehouse sale.

He was wearing a large fedora (the Indiana Jones kind), graphic tee, baggy pants, John Lennon sunglasses, a necklace (I think a pentagram?) and a trench coat made of some kind of denim-heavy material that he had been wearing for so long that it was faded and badly frayed. In Florida in the summer.

Get yourself some tropical weight cloth or linen and you'll be fine, even if not as comfortable as you would in a T-shirt and shorts. And if it fits properly, you won't find any aspect of it restricting and you can get away without the tie in most situations. The reason these nerds won't do that is they just buy the cheapest separates they can put together off the rack, none of which fit well. If they think wearing one piece classes up even the trashiest outfit, they'll be content with whichever of those can be bought for $25.

I only own one suit and it's the one my grandfather was buried in and my father was cremated in and I hope one day to pass it on to my son after I wear it while being dragged beneath the waves.

Ha the only video I’ve seen of hers is when she bought the porg, but I love that I’ve seen a bunch of still frames of her stuff and it’s still sat there behind her. She’s good people for that alone.
