That's a beautifully lit scene. Did you have to resort to any sort of trickery to expose it?

Your urban stuff is always spot on. I don't remember you doing night stuff before, but this is seriously great. Do more.

Thanks! And nope, there's not even any masking involved in post. I believe this exposure was 8s at f/11 or f/16. Seoul skies just have that much light pollution - this was at 11pm or so.

Why are you in Seoul, and for how long. It's a great city.

A year ago I spent 9 days in Seoul eating and taking photos. I'd love to go back again soon.

This photo is not good.

You need to:
- look at good photography
- don't look at bad photography (500px type stuff)
- keep practicing and actively ask for feedback.
- most importantly though, don't do selective colouring.

Good luck goon.

Mixing my passions of selective colouring and abandoned objects has lead me to the pinnacle of my photographic achievement.

Come to the bad photographer thread and don't do anything you see in there:

I too dislike selective color. It is either insulting to the viewer (I can figure out what the subject is without you literally pointing at it) or a testament to a photographer's lack of skill to frame the subject through proper composition/focus.

But, well, you know, that's just, like, my opinion, man.

Third time is a charm right?

These are nice. I've never been there (South Korea?) but I have a hard time believing the streets are ever that empty which makes it cool to see.
