There’s a guy who trains at my school who has multiple street fighter ghees and a street fighter rashguard and spat set which he wears without shorts. I’ve seen it, so now you guys have to too.

Cowards. There’s no point wearing rainbow spats if you’re going to put shorts over the top. I go underpants->compression shorts->spats so that people don’t have to deal with visible dick outline, and that’s all the mercy they get

Dr Giles has a cool leg entry that he was getting all fat guys. Just goes to show that leg locking is still not trained enough. And it isn't new, there's no excuse for continuing to not learn it. According to Keenan, nobody does leg locks at Atos, he was the only one. Lol. Good luck with that. About 30 min drilling, 40 min specific training, 30 min rolling. I should say I was Lifting 1x per week for about 4 weeks in the lead up, then remembered why I hate lifting and stopped about 8 weeks ago 😂. No external training apart from stretching. Would love to train more than that but my body won't allow it

02-6611-0142-1 posted:that was a deeply american post you actually can pay for medical care in australia if you want. went to a specialist knee surgeon and got the low down on the procedure that was required. i asked who he'd recommend on the public system. he replied that there were 8 people in my area who did the required surgery, and two that he'd trust to work on him. if you're not fussy about your provider, australia is a wonderful country. but if you absolutely (k)need something done right the first time, you can also pay.
