Perma exp share can be ok with a more aggressive XP scaling and removing growth rate. Lol at 2 mins after the exp stuff they say they want people to make their own difficulty.

I'm glad I don't care about difficulty in the game. Needing to rotate your team around a bunch to "make your own difficulty" sounds pretty lame. Making it possible to disable exp share would be a lot more elegant and let you keep your special team of favorite Pokemon.
