If you're interested in this stuff, it might be worth looking up Boston's waterfront development as well. The situation isn't as dire or unsalvageable as Miami, but it's still bad enough that the cost of protecting the infrastructure there is likely to drastically exceed the value of the infrastructure that already exists and that's in development. Miami is the canary in the coal mine, but it's not even close to being the only place that's in trouble in the US.

I fully endorse Trump spending lots and lots of campaign funds to attack Biden before the nominations are determined. In fact, I would encourage him to have a laser-like focus on Biden and not waste time or resources on Sanders or Warren, as that would be a waste of time. The more money the better.
