Not all minks have attained a sulong form, but it would be awesome if Bepo has, if for no other reason than that Law's crew really need to actually do something at this point.

I'd have to re-read, but I thought all minks have a sulong form but it takes training to actually control it. Which presumably shouldn't be a problem for the musketeers.

Nah, they have to attain it first; Jimbei expresses surprise that Carrot has unlocked it, and he wasn't expecting her to pull it out the bag when they were fleeing from Big Mom. There's probably a good few that have it, though.

I honestly have no idea if it's Nami or not. I thought it was her at first, but then thought otherwise in the wider shot, because why would she just be dancing at a party freely instead of helping out her friends?

Gotta say, Orochi is a much smarter villain than I ever gave him credit for. Throw a party on the other side of the country with the only booze allowed for a year? Of course the Strawhats couldn't pass that poo poo up. And since the rest of their army is a bunch of dudes who've been locked up for 2 decades, no way they're passing up a party either. Shame Franky and his guys didn't moor the boats better, but it's not like they could have known that the weather would turn mostly Hokusai's The Great Wave. Yeah, it feels really weird how Oden has been kept in shadow, even up to this point in the arc. I wonder if oda is just building it up for dramatic tension to reveal him for a later flashback, or if he's going to return to the story in some way and his design might spoil something.
