What does happen is eventually an airline auditor comes along that knows their stuff and then they report violations to the FAA. Anyways sure have some ramp wreckage:  This one was funny because they actually never pulled the plane off the gate. They put a new scimitar on it right on the ramp. Passengers watching that must've been   Just a lil fire at United's hangar.  Calibrated torque wrench but a machined a washer from a mixed metal.  That's not how it's supposed to work.  This is a lot worse than it seems. That valve handle is on a spring and it's always supposed to be down.  gently caress  Damnit  Yikes!  Stripping the tire on the leaf spring  This is bad.
