The Attorney General has made a very good run at him by being against him since day one and has sued the administration successfully many times over his bullshit. He has developed a really good brand so far. Kentucky is a key battleground for the governorship because the Trump Admin has made it a test ground for their policies so taking this governorship is really important. The voters of this state though are still impressively terrible at voting against their own self interests. This is pretty deep MAGALAND and an absolutely horrid Bevin is still preferable to anyone with a D in front of them. Even though his dad was a fairly popular governor (That Bevin replaced) Also Beshear's campaign has been rather passive. There's Bevin ads everywhere and I see almost nothing from Beshear.
