I'll be using Challonge to track the bracket. You can try to predict the tournament results from this point forward. https://challonge.com/nadbs2kf There's no prize for doing this, so it's entirely up to you if you want to do this. You can always find the bracket by clicking the huge image in the OP. It will take me at least a few days to get ready for the rest of the tournament. Please be patient.

drat, there's some tough choices in the first round already, both for me personally and in terms of predictions.

Is Seth Rollins gonna be the biggest first-round upset in tournament history?

i hope the predictions don't assure that this turns this into "what will other people vote... i'm going to vote that." as things like this often do. I will have you punished if you do that

Lol at Cole vs the rest of Undisputed Era in the first round.

I have about 20 more match graphics to prep. I’m going to start the next round after I get about ten of those done. I’ve promised my wife that I’ll be fairly computer free tonight for a date night. (The date is watching AEW ). So I’m aiming for a restart by Sunday. I did blind seeding for first round winners vs the ones with byes. I laughed pretty good at Cole vs the rest of Undisputed Era.

Let's get it going again. Special formatting request: Please only list the name of the person you are voting for from each match-up. This will be easier for me to count than bolding names from match-ups. I can work around this if necessary, but if you can vote by just listing the name of your choice, that would be great. You can abstain from votes. You are not required to list that vote as ‘abstain,’ you just need to skip it. Tomohiro Ishii Finished 2nd in Favorite Active Wrestlers thread Eliminated in Round 4 of 2017 WH-128 by Kenny Omega Eliminated in Round 3 in 2015 by Adam Cole Eliminated in Round 2 in 2013 by Kevin Steen The Stone Pitbull is defying age by continuing to put on tremendous matches every time he steps in the ring. The MVP of the 2019 G1 Climax, everyone he faced he one of their best matches of the tournament with him, if not their best performance. A key part of the New Japan card, he could easily be the IWGP World Champion is given the chance. Kzy Did not appear in 2017 WH-128 Kzy is the leader of the Natural Vibes stable in Dragon Gate. His best matches this year have been with PAC in February for the Open the Dream Gate Title which Meltzer gave ****3/4, a July match with Shun Skywalker that received ****1/4, and with Ben-K in the semifinal of the King of gate tournament in June. Shane McMahon Did not appear in 2017 WH-128 He’s the Best in the World! He still gets reactions from fans and he still does his famous wild spots in big matches. He’s also way over-pushed and is in an interminable feud with Kevin Owens. Pete Dunne Eliminated in Round 3 of 2017 WH-128 by Kazuchika Okada Dunne is slowly being featured more by WWE after he was initially put in NXT UK, where he held the United Kingdom Championship for 685 days and defended it 19 times, though it felt more like five. Still, the Bruiserweight is a great worker, which you can see in his matches against WALTER, Roderick Strong, Velveteen Dream, and Joe Coffey. Adam Cole Finished 33rd in Favorite Active Wrestlers thread Eliminated in Round 2 of 2017 WH-128 by Will Ospreay Eliminated in Round 4 in 2015 by Hiroshi Tanahashi Eliminated in Round 2 in 2013 by Hirooki Goto Cole has long felt like the next WWE superstar. Oozing with charisma and a very good worker, Cole has long been a top part of NXT. He proved this by winning the NXT Championship earlier this year. He had a trio of matches with Gargano, where the first two were great and the third still very good. He’s also had great matches with Matt Riddle, Ricochet, and Aleister Black. Just 30, his star should remain on the rise. Undisputed Era, Kyle O'Reilly, Bobby Fish, & Roderick Strong O’Reilly: eliminated in Round 2 by Pentagon Jr. Fish: eliminated in Round 1 of 2017 WH-128 by Shinsuke Nakamura Strong: eliminated in Round 2 by Hiroshi Tanahashi Undisputed Era is the hottest heel stable in WWE today. While this trio is lead by Adam Cole, the performances of O’Reilly, Fish & Strong this year have been very strong. Fish & O’Reilly are on their second run as NXT Tag Team Champions, while Strong now holds the North American Championship. They’ve all had great matches in the last two years, and should continue to do so going forward. Katsuyori Shibata Eliminated in Round 4 of 2017 WH-128 by AJ Styles Eliminated in Round 2 in 2015 by Brock Lesnar Eliminated in Round 2 in 2013 by Mark Henry Shibata was on his way to a fantastic match with Kazuchika Okada in April 2017 when he did a shoot headbutt and gave himself a subdural hematoma that nearly killed him. While it’s still said he won’t be wrestling again, he did get physically involved in an angle with KENTA at this year’s G1 Final, so there’s still hope. Hana Kimura Did not appear in 2017 WH-128 The daughter of the legendary Kyoko Kimura, Hana held her first pro wrestling championship, the DDT Ironman Heavymetalweight Championship at the age of just eight years old, so it's no wonder she was destined for greatness. A long time fan favorite because of her charisma, Hana has recently begun to display impressive wrestling acumen putting her in the upper echelon of technicians, especially in her matches with TCS ally, Konami. After winning the 5 Star Grand Prix, it's only a matter of time before she makes her way to the top of the promotion. Thanks to George W Bushi for his help with this profile! Your ballot: Tomohiro Ishii vs. Kzy Shane McMahon vs. Pete Dunne Adam Cole vs. Undisputed Era Katsuyori Shibata vs. Hana Kimura Voting closes at 7 p.m. Eastern on Tuesday, or whenever I get in front of a computer after that.
