I went into one the other day in a very wealthy suburb of knoxville and the kitchen crew and front of house were all people in their fifties and sixties

A meat/protein heavy and low-carb diet puts you at a high risk of developing gout if you're not careful and pay attention. I doubt anyone following a Peterson designed diet (including the Petersons themselves) is doing anything besides shoving as much meat as they can down. Also constipation if you don't get enough fiber. So gout and constipation.
